Chief Strategy Officer

humanworks8 is supporting Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP in its search for a Chief Strategy Officer, a new role designed to provide executive leadership for the firm’s strategic direction, growth strategy, organizational alignment, market positioning, and client and employee experience.

This role requires creativity, collaboration and commitment, and will demonstrate success through championing PRA’s strategic plan, translating priorities into measurable initiatives and fostering firmwide understanding and accountability for long-term success. As the leader of the Marketing and Business Development Strategy Team, this leader will also support PRA’s growing national presence and expanding market influence.
