Development Manager
The Development Manager will achieve fundraising goals, maintain knowledge of fundraisers' interests, and cultivate relationships with staff, Board members, donors, and community stakeholders. The Development Manager will provide creative and effective leadership toward the execution of a comprehensive fund development plan that meets or exceeds Neighborhood House budget requirements on an annual basis. The successful applicant will build lasting relationships with donors and keep them informed on how their donations are contributing to the accomplishment of the Neighborhood House mission.

Neighborhood House History and Impact: Since 1945, Neighborhood House of Milwaukee (NH) inspires discovery through innovative programming for hundreds of thousands of children, teens, families and refugees. As a nonprofit agency with diverse participants, staff and board we promote full development of individual potential and self-sufficiency. NH offers a wide variety of social, educational and recreational programs serving more than 4,000 children and families each year. Our International Learning Program , the largest refugee education effort in the State of Wisconsin, brings important refugee, citizenship and ESL services to 250 individuals and their families annually. Finally, our 90-acre Nature Center in the central Kettle Moraine of Dodge County is a key part of our strong environmental and science education program.
