Due to growth, the firm has immediate openings for attorneys at our Brookfield office in all practice areas. Candidates with all levels of experience, plaintiff or defense-side, are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have excellent writing, communication and time management skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle a fast-paced workload and varying types of cases, and a desire to succeed. 

• Ideal candidates for the discrimination and wage and hour practice groups will have litigation experience (written discovery, depositions, and briefing), with hearing and/or trial experience preferred. 
• Ideal candidates for the ERISA practice group will have litigation experience (written discovery, depositions, and briefing), as well as at least a working knowledge of ERISA as applied to retirement and 401k plans.
